Hey,
My name is Tim Seger, I´m a mixed media artist working in-between Film, Sound and Performance, welcome to my website! In my work I combine Screen projections with live Performance, to emphasize how sound is created, and to build an active dialouge with the images we see on screen.
I am interested in the sound environments of our daily lives, and how they interact with us on an emotional level. In my projects sound and rhythm oftentimes serve as the starting points for artistic exploration. What kind of stories can be heard if we listen to what is normally fitlered out as background noise? How can rhythm itself become a storyteller?
